Our Manchester planning centre is located in the Spinningfields development, which is one of Europe's award winning commercial, retail and residential developments, extending from the bustling Deansgate area of Manchester city centre. The area consists of 20 signature buildings set in over 6 acres, including a 200 bed 5 star hotel, a variety of designer and high street stores, cafes and restaurants.
The facility is managed by Regus, the serviced office supplier which means that we do not need to invest resources in managing an expensive office with all the additional complications this brings. The office is not permanently manned as is only used for client meetings.

By Road:
From the M6:
- Exit the M6 motorway at junction 19 and join the M56 towards Manchester City Centre, which becomes the A5103.
- At the roundabout take the second exit signposted St Peter’s Square, turn left into Whitworth St and right onto Deansgate. Spinningfields is on the left hand side along Deansgate.
From Liverpool:
- Take the M62 towards Manchester, at Junction 12 take the M602 towards the city centre and take the right hand lane at the end of the M602 along the A57.
- Go under the railway bridge and take the exit left. Turn left towards Manchester city centre and proceed along Deansgate where Spinningfields is on your left hand side.
By Air:
- From Manchester Airport join the M56 towards Manchester City Centre, which becomes the A5103.
- At the roundabout take the second exit signposted St Peter’s Square, turn left into Whitworth St and right onto Deansgate, Spinningfields is on the left hand side along Deansgate.
By Public Transport:
- Manchester Piccadilly, Salford Central and Victoria Stations are all within 15 minutes walk and are serviced by the free bus service that circles Manchester City Centre.
