Philomel James - Operations Manager

Philomel’s financial services career started in 1996 when she took on the role of Office Manager with a small but successful IFA. She worked there for around 8 years before taking on a client servicing position with a well known, national IFA.

Philomel joined Evolve at the start of 2007 assisting Evolve’s financial planners in all aspects of the financial planning process and is now responsible for the Client Services Team.

She also helps Evolve Financial Planning’s management team with some of the “behind the scenes” tasks that are essential in running a successful, regulated financial services business. In her spare time Philomel plays tennis and golf, and enjoys socialising. She lives in Surrey with her husband Lee and their three children.  

Patricia Swindells - Client Services Assistant

Patricia has worked in financial services for the last 25 years. During this time she has embraced a number of roles within the same London-based IFA firm.

She has a vast amount of experience and really enjoys liaising with clients and helping deliver a fantasic service. Patricia joined Evolve Financial Planning in May 2009. Reporting to Philomel James, she assists Evolve's Financial & Investment Planners at various stages of the financial planning process. In her spare time Patricia enjoys reading, walking and dancing. She lives in Kent and is based in Evolve's Client Service office in Croydon. 

Sue Butcher - Client Services Assistant

Sue has worked within the financial sector over the last 26 years, during which time she has gained experience in a variety of areas.

She has worked within IFA and General Insurance firms since 1996 and joined Evolve in November 2010.

Sue reports to Philomel as part of the growing Client Services Team in Croydon.

Away from work, Sue enjoys salsa, trampolining and socialising.

Jonathan Croft - Client Services Assistant

Jonathan started his financial services career with AEGON before joining Evolve in early 2011. He reports to Philomel James and works with Evolve's Financial & Investment Planners at various stages of the financial planning process.

In his spare time Jonathan enjoys football, real ale and generally enjoying everything that London life has to offer.
